RESTAURANT-STYLE MANGO LASSI

There’s something about it’s rich and creamy flavor that always leaves me wanting just one more glass.I never knew how simple it was to make until I came across this recipe. I’m telling you, it is SO easy that it only requires two steps! It really comes down to having a blender and the 5 main ingredients on hand- mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and ground cardamom. Our secret lies in adding rosewater, which gives this drink that je na sais quoi, so we recommend not skipping out on this essential ingredient. Say goodbye to overpriced store-bought products and hello to your new go-to homemade Mango Lassi recipe!
4 cups canned mango pulp (also just as tasty with fresh or frozen cubed mango)
4 cups thick yogurt
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons rosewater
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
A handful of ice cubes
Finely chopped pistachios to garnish
1. Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, rosewater, ground cardamom and ice into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
2. Garnish with finely chopped pistachios and ground cardamom
The Lassi should have a milkshake-like consistency. Keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
